Have always been a late-nighter and late-riser. But, went on a rare morning walk recently and was mesmerized by the beauty around me. Everything appeared more poetic and magical in the mornings! Have now become a regular morning walker since few days 🙂 🙂
Highly recommend early morning walks (before 8 am). Surprisingly many urban Indians have Vitamin D deficiency, because they stay indoors most of the time with devices in artificial light. Early morning sunlight is very good for Vit D deficiency, however after 8 am, harmful UV rays emerge and are better avoided.
